Responsibilities
- Coordinate the store owner’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, maintain records, and assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Act as a liaison between the store owner, employees, and vendors to facilitate clear and effective communication
- Oversee special projects, coordinate events, and ensure deadlines are met to support store initiatives
- Support tasks related to retail operations, ensuring adherence to the brand’s luxury standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience supporting executives
- Background in a retail or luxury setting is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
